Warehouse & Assembly Technician (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Minnetonka, MN

Schedule: M-F | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay: $22/hour

Overview:

Seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Assembly Technician to support shipping, receiving, and light manufacturing/assembly operations. This role involves order fulfillment, component assembly, and use of mechanical tools in a technical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and ship orders using UPS, FedEx, DHL, and LTL carriers
• Receive and bin incoming products
• Perform light assembly and value-added work (soldering, crimping, shrink tubing, labeling)
• Build and assemble components using hand tools and presses
• Operate equipment such as drill presses
• Read and follow drawings, CAD prints, and work instructions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs
• Comfortable using hand tools and mechanical equipment
• Ability to read technical instructions and drawings
• Forklift certification within 90 days of hire
• Must pass background check and drug screening
